The following steps need to be completed to receive a $400* Kawasaki Visa Prepaid Card:
Make a qualifying purchase on any eligible Kawasaki MULE™, Teryx® or Teryx4™ side x side vehicle through 12/31/18 on your Kawasaki Credit Card.
Customers can submit their rebate online at www.KawasakiCardRebate.com OR, by mailing or faxing a copy of the itemized FreedomPay receipt (documenting the vehicle VIN) and the completed rebate form postmarked by 2/15/2019 if submitted by mail. For online or fax submission must be submitted by 2/15/2019.
